Holiday house Ivda is located in Nova Vas it can accommodate up to 8 persons. Villa Ivda was renovated in 2017 and it's equipped with amenities that will make your vacation unforgettable. It consists of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The living room has access to a large and beautifully furnished terrace with a seating set with a pool and garden view. The house is located on 2 acres of large ground which is fully available to the guests. Pets are welcome. In front of the entrance there is another covered terrace with table and barbecue, and covered parking. The rental price includes free use of the climate, Wi-fi, bed linen and towels. Jacuzzi is available under extra charge (paid on site). Nova Vas is a small town only 7 km away from the center of Poreč and just 5 km from the first beaches in Porec and famous resort called Lanterna.

    “Das Haus liegt zentral, aber in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Zum Wasser sind es mit dem Auto ca. 10 min. Der Vermieter wohnt auf dem Nachbargrundstück. Für Fragen und Tipps steht er einem immer zur Verfügung.
    Also wer Ruhe möchte aber trotzdem schnell in der Stadt sein möchte, ist diese Unterkunft ideal.
    Leider ist im Haus das Inventar teilweise defekt und schon abgewohnt. Eine Erneuerung des Inventars würde das Haus sehr aufwerten.     “Wir haben unseren Urlaub an Pfingsten und im Sommer in der Villa IVDA verbracht. Unsere 2 Hunde und die Kinder haben sich von der 1. Minute an sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Gelände ist riesengroß und man hat nur Natur um sich herum, ist aber nicht allzu abgelegen. Einfach perfekt für uns. Es kann mit den Hunden und Kindern traumhaft gespielt werden. Wenn die Kinder mal aus dem Pool rauskommen würden :-) Das Haus und der Pool ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die überaus freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter kümmern sich um jedes Anliegen sofort und sprechen deutsch. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan (wenn man es so nennen kann, denn das Gelände ist riesengroß), stören aber absolut nicht und man kann seine Privatsphäre voll genießen. Eher im Gegenteil, wir haben uns immer gefreut, wenn man sich gesehen hat und gemeinsam ein Bier getrunken. So könnte man auch schöne Tipps für Ausflüge und Antworten auf offene Fragen bekommen. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Man hat im Außenbereich traumhafte Sitzgelegenheiten welche überdacht sind. Ebenso sind Außenbeleuchtungen vorhanden, sodass man die Abende so richtig genießen kann. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat, ist eine Umzäunung vom Gelände. Unsere Hunde (welche immer alles erkunden wollen), mussten somit an der Schleppleine angeleint bleiben, da sie leider nicht allzu gut hören :-( Bei anderen Hunden ist dieses aber evtl. kein Problem. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.”
