gite de charme provençale en campagne dans le Luberon avec piscine

Le gite est situé dans le Luberon dans un environnement très calme , à coté de vignoble, amandiers , avec vue sur montagne et villages, il est individuel des propriétaires avec son passage privé.





Il est sur un seul niveau,avec 1 chambre lit adulte 140 et une avec lit 160, 1 salle d’eau (refaite en 2022 ) avec douche italienne et wc séparé ,une cuisine tout équipée ouverte sur le salon (machine à laver,cafetière,four,micro onde,plaque induction,frigo-congélateur ... etc canapé cuir ,TV , Wifi gratuit

tout le gite est habillé de pierres naturelles à l'extérieur depuis cette année (2024) terrasse en bois exotique sous pergola fleurie, patio avec cuisine d'été (extérieur), point d'eau, barbecue,salon de jardin, transats , cabanon pour vélos, piscine.



accès par passage privé, wifi gratuite, l'heure d'arrivée est à partir de 17h00 et le départ à 10h00 au plus tard. Les locations se font du samedi au samedi et 7 jours minimum en juin - juillet - aout - septembre et à partir de 3 nuits les autres mois. CONDITIONS PARTICULIERES Animaux non admis gite non fumeur .Le gite est fait pour 4 personnes et non pour 5,6,7 ...etc Si les conditions citées ci-dessus ne sont pas respectées le contrat deviendra caduc et la location vous sera refusée sans remboursement.



vue montagne et villages,situé dans un endroit très calme, à coté d'un vignoble. Nous sommes à 5km d'un supermarché et de la petite ville d'Apt (capital mondial du fruits confits ) , à 2km il y a une boulangerie , un bar et 2 restaurants. Nous sommes situé à environ 20 mn de tous les sites touristiques ( colorado provençal , Gorde le village en pierres blanche , Roussillon le village aux couleurs d'ocres , lourmarin et son chateau, Bonnieux ,Lacoste etc.....

    “Wir wurden vom Vermieterpaar herzlich empfangen und die Wohnung hat alle unsere Erwartungen perfekt erfüllt. Wir haben alles wie in der Ausschreibung beschrieben vorgefunden und Tiptop in Schuss. Der Pool war natürlich das "Highlight", besonders da wir zur wärmsten Zeit angereist waren. In der Wohnung sorgte bei Bedarf die Klimaanlage für angenehme Temperaturen. Diese Unterkunft können wir ohne Vorbehalt weiter empfehlen!”

    “Dom posiada niezbędne wyposażenie, jest czysto, spokojnie - klimat wakacyjnego wypoczynku. Polecamy ! Przebywaliśmy w ostatni tydzień lipca 2022 r. Lawenda byłą już w okolicy zebrana ale musi tu być bajkowo na początku lipca.”
