Holiday apartment with a terrace, near the national park

Comfortable, fully-equipped holiday apartment for a maximum of three people, at the entrance to Neuschönau.

There is a terrace outside with seating .

The apartment consists of a well-equipped and furnished living room-kitchen with a cosy dining corner, a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower, bath and WC. A third person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room-kitchen. The apartment totals around 35m².

The national park with grounds for wild animals, the Hans Eisenmann House and the longest tree top trail in the world are about a kilometre away. They are easy to get to with the Igelbus, free with the guest card. The bus stop is about 200 metres away. It is about 2km to the golf course.

    “Ruime, netjes huisje, is compleet met baddoeken, handdoeken en theedoeken. Ligt wel aan de hoofdweg, komt ook regelmatig verkeer over. De verhuurder is zeer vriendelijk. Broodjes in de ochtend die daar werden bezorgd, kan via de verhuurder. Onze dochter had een ongelukje in bed, netjes doorgeven dat koste wel de helft van de borg werd niet bij vermeld. Vond ik wel aan de hoge kant. Ze hadden alleen duitse zenders op de tv. Maar wel wifi. Dat maakte het wel weer goed. Bezine is goedkoop daar.”

    “Das Wohnhaus und der große Garten davor ist sehr gepflegt und super gemütlich. Wir saßen jeden Tag auf der Terrasse und genossen die Ruhe. Um die Ecke ist auch noch ein kleiner Weiher mit Kneipp-Bad. (unbedingt mal ansehen!) Die Wohnung verfügt über einen kleinen Wohn-Essbereich mit einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche, Bad mit großer Wanne und Fenster und ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Schlafzimmer. Alles ist vorhanden. Vom Brötchenservice über Touristenmaterial bis hin zu Eventempfehlungen wird sich vom Vermieter um alles gekümmert. Der Preis für alles ist schwer in Ordnung. Wir fahren bestimmt nochmal hin!”

    “Die Fewo war in einem sehr guten und gepflegten Zustand und die Größe ausreichend. Küche und Bad sind sehr gut ausgestattet und sie Wohnung wirkt insgesamt gemütlich und einladend. Sehr freundliche und bemühte Vermieterin.”
