The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house built in 1980, was renovated in 2002 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located on the outskirts. Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location at the water the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, campfire site and courtyard. Electric charging station for cars, Orbitreck. Washing machine and iron on request. Boat mooring at buoy free of charge on request.

Grebaštica, 00 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.
