On the ground floor there is a large kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom with tub, a toilet, a living room with a beautiful fireplace and direct access to the terrace and garden. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and a large wooden terrace where you can spend pleasant moments. Quiet and sunny position with a beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the green and clear Verzasca river just a few steps from the house. Magnificent hiking area for mountain lovers with the famous Sentierone della Valle Verzasca, the Sentiero dell'Arte and the new path dedicated to families "BoBosco" starting near the house. Brione Verzasca is a typical Ticino village with origins far back in time as evidenced by the 12th century church with many Gothic frescoes and the Marcacci Castle, a former manor house.
