The Italian-inspired villa "Sa Canova" rises like a palazzo on a 14,000 m² park-like private slope and offers a magnificent view of the Mallorcan countryside and the Tramuntana mountains.

On the first floor there are four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a panoramic roof terrace and two master bedrooms, each with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom.
The finca estate "Sa Canova" is located on the north coast, on the edge of the village of Ariany. Supermarkets and weekly markets, bars, restaurants and wine cellars can be found in the nearby villages of Santa Margalida and Petra or Sineu, which is only 12 km away. The popular beaches of Badia d'Alcúdia are only about 16 km away, while Pollença is a great starting point for a hiking or cycling tour.
