Modern and elegant, villa Aster 2 lies in a quiet picturesque town of Sutivan on the northwest of the sunny Brač island. In its 170m2 of living space, villa Aster 2 offers accommodation for a total of 6 guests + 2 children up to 12 years. This fully air-conditioned villa features 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms with king-size beds. The bedrooms are located on the upper floor together with their gorgeous en-suite bathrooms. While one bathroom houses a lovely bathtub, perfect for long bubble baths, the remaining two are equipped with spacious shower enclosures. There is also a separate toilet available as well as a washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer, and the like.

The Villa Aster 2 is the second one, from the seaside, of the three beautiful Villas. Open-concept ground floor of villa Aster 2 consists of an elegant kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, a comfortable dining area and an utterly charming living room, perfect for a late afternoon relaxation and enjoyment with family and friends.

The interior of villa Aster 2 exudes simplicity and unobtrusive sophistication. Soothing blue, white and beige tones harmoniously intertwine within the space, reflecting the unsurpassed beauty of the Mediterranean. An enviable amount of natural light fills the luxurious interior due to the large glass sliding doors while the view of the crystal-clear sea extends from every room.

The completely fenced, 770m2 spacious yard of the villa features a heated pool, 22.5m2 large, which is also equipped with a counter current swimming device. Next to the pool there are 4 comfortable sun loungers ideal for soaking up the hot summer sun. The stunningly designed covered terrace with dining table and wood / charcoal grill provides guests with the opportunity for outdoor dining in the shade, at any time of the day.

Within the complex of three villas there is also a shared wellness area where you can indulge in a Turkish bath, jacuzzi or sauna.

Guests of the villa further have two parking spaces within the property as well as two outside of it at their disposal.

Villa Aster 2 is rented as a detached villa, but together with its neighbouring sister villas Aster 1 and Aster 3, it forms a modern complex that provides accommodation for a total of 18 guests + 6 children. Located next to each other, the villas are an ideal choice for large groups and families who wish to enjoy a heavenly holiday, in a prime location, surrounded by luxury. All three villas are very similar in its layout, equipped with equal number of rooms, bathrooms and beautiful terrace with a pool. Villa Aster 2 is located between other two villas, just behind villa Aster 1 which is closest to the sea.
