The cottage is located in the house of a former farmhouse of the nineteenth century, typical of Ségala Tarnais, in the valley of Viaur, border between the Tarn and Aveyron. A building of character renovated with taste that has all modern comfort.
Surrounded by meadows, fields and woods, you will leave your suitcases in a haven of peace to relax in nature. Everything is conducive to a quiet holiday and rest. The path next to the house invites you to walks in the heart of greenery. You will find in the village at 4 km all shops and amenities.
Beautiful sunny terrace, secure private swimming pool (8x4m, maximum depth 1,5m). Spend pleasant moments around the barbecue, from breakfast to beautiful summer evenings under the large pergola with a breathtaking view.
On the ground floor, a large fully equipped kitchen with large table and 9 chairs (complete appliances equipment, with even a Thermomix on request!), a laundry room, a toilet and a large living room (sofa bed, tv).
Upstairs, a master suite with private bathroom, three bedrooms, a bathroom.
Baby equipment on request. All linen is provided, pool towels included.

For your days of cultural discovery, 30 minutes away, visit the city of Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage site with its imposing cathedral, the Toulouse Lautrec museum and its quay walk on the river, the medieval city of Cordes-on the sky and Najac, on its rocky peak and its 12th century castle.
The Viaduc de Millau, a masterpiece of the 21st century, is a 2h30 drive away.
You can do many outdoor activities in the leisure park «Cap découvertes» at 15 minutes, the lake of Roucarié and the footbridge of Mazamet, unique in Occitania.
Enjoy the many local markets around the cottage, which are full of good regional products.
