Holiday Apartment in Buje with Barbecue

The house is located next to a pine forest in a small village Kaštel with a belleview on the Piran's bay and Sečovlje's salt-pans, an ideal and quiet place for relaxation. Istrian village Kaštel is situated in Croatia, close to the Slovenian – Croatian border, 8 km from Portorož and 5 km from Adriatic sea. The house is completely new and there is also a swimming pool. Location description : Kastel - Castelvenere The top of the hill, by extending the view of the valley of the river Dragonja was inhabited in prehistoric times. The archaeological excavations on the slopes indicate clearly indicate the existence of a fortified castle, which was, in terms of its position of strategic importance. After the Roman conquests, the fortress became a Castrum Castrum Veneris and bears the name, probably in connection with the temple of a pagan goddess was dedicated. According to another interpretation of the toponym refers to Castrum veins, along the line of the hill on which the settlement. Near the new settlement, which has developed a few hundred meters from the ancient settlement, where you can still see the ruins of the ancient city walls, there are some villages like Plovanija, Kaldanija and others.

    “Gute Unterkuft, entspricht dem Preis, alles hat funktioniert (trotzinnen in der Spülmaschine Unterdeckel fehlte), beim Problem hat der Gastgeber schnell reagiert und war sehr nett. Schade nur, dass das Schwimmbecken viel Wasser jeden Tag verliert und (höchstwahrscheinlich) dadurchim kleinerem Appartement Schimmel erscheint und zu riechen ist. Das grösste Appartement war mangellos. Lage der Unterkunft war super für unsere Zwecke, wir wollten nicht direkt am Meer wohnen, die Umgebung war voll von interessanten Orten (Strand Kanegra, Stadt Buje, nette Leute und Dienstleistungen billig). Klimaanlage funktioniert perfekt. Der Gastgeber spricht mehrere Sprachen, er hat mit uns tschechisch gesprochen, das war ein grosser Vorteil. Wir werden sicher nochmal kommen. Ich mag Pflanzen und da umherum gibt es viele davon, es ist ein grüner Bereich.Nur im Vergleich zu unserem Wohnort gibt es hier viele Mücken. Man ist in 10 Min in Slowenien, in 20 Min in Italien, das haben wir auch viel genutzt. Wegen Schimmel im kleinerem Appartement gebe ich die 3 für Sauberkeit, sonst war alles perfekt sauber. Die Terrasse war am Nachmittag im Schatten, was für uns ein Plus war.”
