    “Zeer mooi en ruim appartement met zeer groot terras en eigen parkeerplek in de garage. Appartement is schoon en rook lekker fris bij aankomst. Goede inrichting, alles wat nodig is is aanwezig. Mooi gemeenschappelijk zwembad. De gemeenschappelijke buitenruimte wordt zeer goed onderhouden. Wij hebben met onze kinderen een topvakantie gehad, echter zijn er wel aan aantal minpunten.

    Bij aankomst bleek dat de garage erg laag is en daardoor konden wij niet naar binnen met onze dakkoffer op de auto, buiten zijn de parkeerplekken schaars en daardoor waren wij genoodzaakt om de auto op de weg uit te laden en de dakkoffer er af te halen. De parkeergarage is overigens wel krap dus met een grote auto kan het parkeren daar lastig zijn.

    Het appartement beschikt over een climate controle airco, dit is ideaal want daardoor is het hele appartement lekker koel. Nadeel hiervan is wel dat hierdoor ook de etensluchten van andere bewoners verspreid worden door het appartement en helaas zijn dit niet altijd lekkere geuren, soms stonk het ook echt binnen.

    Het grootste minpunt is de Lift. Al op de dag na aankomst deed de lift het niet, dit is overigens dezelfde dag weer gemaakt. Helaas is de lift meerdere malen kapot geweest en op onze laatste dag is deze zelfs bijna een hele dag Out of order geweest. Wij hebben dus heel wat keren naar beneden en weer naar boven kunnen lopen, dan is de 13e verdieping wel heel erg hoog. Voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn of mensen met een mindere gezondheid is dit appartement dus helaas niet geschikt.”
