The apartment is 50 sqm, has been designed in compliance with health and hygiene standards, soundproofed, with quality materials and a modern décor.
It has a living room with a sofa and TV Full HD 40 inch [with Netflix subscription] and a kitchen fully equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe with safebox, air conditioning in both the living room and in the bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.
Also the apartment has central heating, iron, Wi-Fi and Ethernet port for LAN connection, bed linen and a set of 3 towels each guest.

To reach the Coliseum it only takes 10 minutes by subway!
By subway close to the apartment (600 meters), you can reach all places in the center of Rome in a short time!

Nearby are restaurants as Roman cuisine, Pizza and craft beer, Italian cuisine, Asian cuisine, Greek cuisine, supermarkets, newsagent, pharmacy, bar, pizza take-away, ice-cream shop, butcher shop, buses stops, subway Line B and you can get to the Basilica of St. Paul, or do some shopping in Viale Guglielmo Marconi.

Moreover, Domus Stellarum offers the possibility of transfer by private licensed driver with luxury car (NCC) from Fiumicino, Ciampino, Termini and other selected destinations with the structure (possibility of packet ruondtrip at a discounted price).

•From Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino Airport (FCO)
° Take the train Leonardo Da Vinci Express, which departs every 30 minutes and takes you to Central Station Termini, arrived at Termini Station follow the directions listed above.

***APARTMENT RULES***
• At check-in will be required the Tourist Tax, for up to 10 days.
• Arrival (check-in): The apartment will be available from 14.00.
It requires you to agree on the time of arrival at the property.
• Departure (check-out): The apartment must be vacated until 10:00 am.
•Upon departure the kitchen (stove and sink with utensils) must be left clean.
• Minimum age for renting an apartment: 18 years
• For reasons of hygiene and allergies by other clients, pets are not allowed.
• The apartment can be occupied only by the number of persons indicated for that specific housing unit unless requested by the customer agreeing to add another bed.
• It is not allowed, for Public Security reasons, all visitors to access other people inside the apartments at any time.
• It is forbidden smoking in the apartment.
• It is recommended to respect the time slots times when it is expected the rest.
• Please also, every time you leave the apartment, locked the door and check that the windows are closed.
• The client undertakes to respect the local and the things in it, any damage caused voluntarily to the structures, but also attributable to incompetence or distraction, will be charged to the recovery cost.
